Fitbit Charge 4
In addition to a new touchscreen, GPS, and NFC as standard, the new Fitbit Charge 4 includes a special trick up its sleeve (or yours gave it is a wrist-mounted wearable).
By minding its applications, Fitbit currently uses its heartbeat monitoring hardware to keep your eye on the quantity of oxygen into your blood. There’s not a great deal of use in this at the gym — unless you train on the peak of a mountain where the air’s a bit thinner — but the reading could be helpful in diagnosing sleep apnoea, a condition where people stop breathing in the middle of the night.
Sleep apnoea is estimated to affect some 1.5 million people in the united kingdom, a lot of these undiagnosed, so by monitoring your oxygen variability (what is called’pulse oximetry’) during the nighttime, the Charge 4 can help you learn if you’ve got a large number of episodes where your oxygen is reduced. If that’s the case, it may be worth talking to your physician.
ShiftCam Multilens iPhone 11 case
It is no secret that the iPhone 11 comes with one of the best smartphone cameras, but it does not mean there is no room for a small improvement.
So far as iPhone cases go, the ShiftCam Multilens is definitely on the pricey end, but in addition to two-meter drop protection, it includes four lenses that slot on your present camera to bring a telephoto, 10x and 20x macro lens, and a 180-degree fisheye lens into your arsenal. They also feature polarisers to filter out any unwanted reflections and glare.
MiniBrew CRAFT home brewing kit
Anybody who has ever tried making homebrew beer will be aware that it’s one hell of a messy job, so anything that could take out the graft and cut right to the tasty bit will be sweet nectar to some budding brewmaster’s ear.
The MiniBrew CRAFT is an all-purpose worktop home brewing system, which protects you from raw components into a keg of about five liters of freshly poured beer in about 10 days. Ok, that is not a quick as popping down to the local off-license, but in such strange times, anything that will keep you safe from the open is welcome.
Beginners can select the sort of beer they would like to make using brew kits, which cost between #17 and #30, but more experienced brewers may use the app to make their own liquid masterpieces. We will cheer to that!
Get your kicks, without breaking Earth. That is the idea behind these new coaches from Allbirds. The design follows the trends in running shoes during the past couple of years: a mesh upper provides lightness, the flared heel adds stability and a combined density only adds springiness. Where it differs is in its own materials and manufacturing.
The shoe is constructed from materials made from wool, eucalyptus tree fiber, and sugarcane instead of the typical plastics and rubbers derived from fossil fuels. And the production process minimizes the carbon footprint and water usage.
These Dashers have a footprint of 8kg of CO2 — 30 percent less than an average coach

Without giving too much away, in my very first box I got an alarmingly powerful little Bluetooth speaker which costs nearly #40 brand new, so quite the deal even on the 1-month plan. If only I understood what next month had in store?
